HOW IT WORKS

For clothing please use our booking calendar to set up an appointment.

For home furnishings please send photos of each item to lovedyoumadly@gmail.com.

PRICING & TIMELINE

Items are priced by our team based on original retail price, condition, and current salability.

 

Seasonal consignment period is min 60- max 90 days, this breakdown excludes high end handbags and accessories.

 

Our sales floor is rotated weekly, and items are displayed at our own discretion.

​

Due to high number of products in our inventory all items may not be featured in promotional social media, Friday favourites and Instagram.

 

All items will remain at full price for a minimum of 3 weeks, after which we can discount at our discretion. We are not responsible for damaged goods (exceptions may apply). 

 

We are not responsible for items left with us after 6 months, donations may occur after the 90 day period this excludes luxury items.

ITEM RETURNS & PICKUP

Your items can be requested for return at any time. However, we need at least 48-hours-notice to pull your items and have them ready for you. Items pulled for return at your request must be picked up within 7 days or they are subject to donation.

 
Clothing – If you have selected “do not donate” we call you to pick up your items, you have 14 days to pick up such items before they become the property of loved you madly and are subject to donation.

 

Furniture – For furniture, we need two-days notice for pickup, consigner has 7 days from the notice to pick up the item. If we contact you to pick up your home furnishing you have 14 days to pick up such item. 
 

Consigned items not picked up after the allotted time-period shall become the property of Loved You Madly to sell, donate, or dispose of. 

CONDITION OF MERCHANDISE

Clothing

Items must be in ready to sell condition, no staining, pilling and odor free. All items not meeting the standard are subject to return at our discretion and must be picked up within 7 days of drop off. 


Furniture

Furniture must be show room ready, cleaned and polished, without odor, damage, rips, fading or staining and must be fully assembled.

SPLIT

  • Furniture and home accessories – 50 % to consigner

  • Ladies and men’s wear (including shoes) – 45% to consigner 

  • Luxury handbags and accessories – 60% to consigner

    • Amount splits may be modified upon discussion

SALES, DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Loved You Madly may, at any time and at its sole discretion, offer sales, discounts, and promotions to encourage customers to shop at LYM. The consignment split above shall apply at all times and without variation to the final selling price of consigned items.

PAYMENT

  • When your items sell the money will be added to your account (bank of loved you madly). You can keep your earnings on account and use this store credit to purchase clothing and accessories with an additional 15% discount. Store credit may be used to purchase home furnishings however no discount can be applied. Or you may request a cheque. 

  • On the first of each month a newsletter and statement of your account is send out by email. If you would like a payment in the form of a cheque, you must reply to this email and request a check by the 10th of the month. Cheques are ready for pick up in the store on or after the 15th of each month. 

  • Cheques will only be written for amounts over $35, anything under will remain as store credit. 

  • Cheques can be mailed at the request of the consigner for a fee of $5. 

  • Cheques will be voided after one year if they have not been picked up. 

  • Money owing on accounts EXPIRES TWO YEARS after the sale date of the item and cannot be collected thereafter. 

AUTHENTICATION & FINAL SALE

Loved You Madly authenticates all luxury handbags consigned without original receipts, using our third-party authenticator, Entrupy. More details can be found here: https://fingerprinting.entrupy.com/

All sales are non-refundable. Please thoroughly review the condition of each item prior to purchasing. Feel free to contact us with any further inquiries regarding products of interest during store hours at lovedyoumadly@gmail.com or call us at 226-665-3533. If you purchase an item and decide that it does not work for you, we are happy to re-consign it on your behalf.

LIABILITY & PRIVACY POLICY

Loved You Madly makes every effort to care for all consigned items but is not responsible for breaks, cracks, or dents due to the inherent quality or weakness of a piece.

Loved You Madly is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected is solely used to process your order or to contact you regarding your account. All information is gathered securely through our Liberty Inventory System and our Merchant Services Account and is treated seriously and with full respect to your privacy. Loved You Madly guarantees the information you provide will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.
